Bullhearted™, a D/B/A entity of Szalapalooza, LLC, focuses on curating and critiquing branding and packaging design work from creatives from around the world. Focused on restaurant, food and beverage, and hotel related branding projects, the Bullhearted team curates images from public websites and accepts direct submissions from design companies. The images presented on this website are copyright by their respective creator/owner/agency and their clients, and are shared under the Fair Use code in the Copyright Act of 1976, United States.

To file a copyright infringement notification with us, please send us an email to the address listed below containing the following information:

• The URL(s) on bullhearted.co where the alleged content can be found.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, including the name of the person/company/party holding the copyright, or the name of the person/company/party that has been authorized to represent the holder of the copyright.
• An e-mail address, under the agreement to allow Szalapalooza, LLC D/B/A Bullhearted, service provider to disclose to the person who posted the work, as an efficient mode of contact between the parties toward settlement.
• A statement of faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, that the claim is not deceptive or false, that the person claiming the deletion of the alleged work is the holder of the copyright, or an authorized representative with the right to act on behalf of the exclusive right.

Credit information

Through the years we have published thousands of images in our coverage. These images are mostly hand-picked from other design blogs, portfolios, and through social media channels. We try hard to provide as much information as possible about the pieces we publish especially when that information is accompanied on another site. If those sites don’t contain information regarding credit we simply cannot include it. Therefore, if you spot a project without credit and know who is responsible, please feel free to reach out via our contact form with the proper credit information.

Indemnification

By submitting work for consideration, the submitter fully indemnifies Szalapalooza, LLC D/B/A Bullhearted from all legal responsibility resulting from copyright infringement claims, damages, and litigation resulting from any such claim.
